Traditional or Modern Full Service
Traditional service involves very specific rules of service etiquette. Their are several styles of service we must consider when we plan the full service event. We have the big three styles of service known as French Traditional, Russian and American. Now of course there are subcategories of these three styles service and modern variations of all three. We also need to consider Family Style Service, English Service and Interactive Buffet Service.
